Digital Shield is a subscription-based service billed annually. Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software on the number of devices specified by your selected plan tier. This license is for personal or small business use only. Licenses cannot be shared between separate households or organizations, resold, or sublicensed to third parties.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you will be charged.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Digital Shield reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Orders may be placed via our website or by phone with a Digital Shield advisor. An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Digital Shield uses PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit card number at any time.

While Digital Shield provides robust protection against digital threats, no security software can guarantee 100% protection against all online risks, fraudulent websites, or unauthorized access attempts. New and evolving digital intrusion techniques emerge constantly. Digital Shield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, system failure, or lost profits, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
